Sales Screen
Fast checkout, split payments and offline resilience
The Sales Screen module is designed to complete every payment quickly and accurately in restaurants, cafés and retail stores. Products, variants and bundles are added to the basket in a single tap from category tabs; cash, card and split payments are supported in one flow. A sale can be parked before completion and resumed later; refunds and partial refunds are handled from the same screen.
Thanks to XON Hub, sales keep running even if the branch LAN loses internet access; once connectivity returns, transactions sync to the cloud automatically. Every completed sale lands in XON ERP accounting as an automatic journal entry; the Inventory module updates the relevant product's balance in real time.
ScreensQuick Sale
Products, variants or bundles are selected from category tabs and added to the basket; quantity and discount are edited quickly. A basket can be parked and resumed later.
Payment Screen
After the basket total is calculated, a payment method is selected; the integrated fiscal printer (ÖKC/TSM) issues the receipt automatically, and a single sale can combine multiple payment methods (split payment).
Till & Shift
A shift is opened with the cashier's PIN; opening cash, cash in/out movements during the day and manager-approved actions are handled from this screen.
