The Manufacturing module manages the full workflow from work-order creation to closure. For each order, a bill of materials, materials requirements list and operation steps are defined; planned versus actual times are tracked comparatively. Scrap and loss rates defined in the BOM are reflected directly in unit cost calculations.
Materials consumed in production are drawn automatically from the Inventory module and balances are updated; finished products are recorded as finished-goods stock. The production calendar is synchronised with HR leave data to optimise resource planning, and production costs are transferred to the Accounting module in real time.
ScreensWork Order Board
Active production orders are tracked in Kanban format across preparation, in-production and completed columns; overdue orders are highlighted with a red tag.
Production Calendar
Scheduled and ongoing work orders are displayed in a calendar view by resource and line; clashes are easy to spot.
BOM Definition
The raw materials, semi-finished goods and operations required to produce a finished product are defined in a hierarchical BOM structure.
