Dynamic pricing and forecasting

Overview

The Revenue module supports data-driven dynamic pricing decisions based on the hotel's occupancy forecast. The forecasting engine combines historical occupancy data with seasonality and special-event calendars to suggest optimal room rates. Industry metrics such as ADR, RevPAR and GOPPAR are calculated in real time and compared against targets.

When rate changes are approved, the Channel Manager module updates all OTA channels and the Booking Engine simultaneously. Actual revenue data is pulled from the XON ERP Accounting module; total guest revenue (TRevPAR) analysis is performed together with the F&B and Guest Experience modules and fed into management reports.
