The Food & Beverage module manages all of the hotel's F&B outlets — restaurant, bar, room service and minibar — on a single platform. Restaurant checks are opened, room service orders are matched to the guest's room, and minibar consumption is automatically reflected on the check-out folio. Recipe definition and stock depletion run in real time; waste rates are monitored centrally.
Room service orders and minibar charges are added to the PMS folio instantly; nothing is queried again at check-out — everything closes automatically without manual entry. F&B revenue flows into the XON ERP Accounting module with a separate revenue-centre code and VAT line item; joint analysis with the Revenue module optimises per-guest F&B spend and menu profitability.

Open restaurant tables and the check total for each table are listed in a table; the check screen is opened in one click and new items are added.
Room Service Order
The guest's room number is entered, menu items are selected, and the order is relayed to the kitchen with an estimated delivery time notified to the guest.
F&B Summary
Daily restaurant, bar and room service revenues are tracked separately and in aggregate; top-selling products and per-head spend are shown on the dashboard.
