Front office and reception management

Overview

The PMS module brings all front-desk operations together on a single screen. Check-in, check-out, room changes and group reservations are managed on a real-time room rack; overbooking risk is minimised through live occupancy tracking. Guest folio details, ancillary charges and payment history are kept in a single profile.

Reservations created in the room rack update OTA availability instantly through the Channel Manager module. Folio totals generated at check-out are sent to the XON ERP Accounting module automatically as journal entries; the Housekeeping module creates a room-cleaning task automatically once check-out is recorded.

Daily arrival, departure and in-house guest counts are shown on summary cards. Urgent room requests and pending check-in lists are relayed to the front-desk team instantly.
