Reservations created in the room rack update OTA availability instantly through the Channel Manager module. Folio totals generated at check-out are sent to the XON ERP Accounting module automatically as journal entries; the Housekeeping module creates a room-cleaning task automatically once check-out is recorded.

All rooms are listed on a visual grid along a date axis; reservation blocks are moved by drag and drop, and room changes are saved instantly.
Check-in Screen
Guest ID is scanned or pulled by reservation number; room key activation and folio pre-payment are completed in a single flow.
Guest List
In-house and checked-out guests are listed with date, room and status; clicking any row opens the guest profile and folio detail.
